FIVE NINESLOGISTICS
Compliance & onboarding

Vendor setup that clears procurement the first time.

Five Nines Logistics operates as an authorized agency of Primary Freight LLC (MC# 841023 / U.S. DOT# 2436508). That gives your AP, risk and vendor-setup teams an established national counterparty with a BMC-84 bond, full insurance, and credit history—and gives you one Houston dispatch desk accountable for every load.

Why the agency model matters

Primary Freight LLC authority is a financial and compliance advantage, not a footnote.

Established credit, not a startup balance sheet

Every load is arranged under Primary Freight LLC's broker authority. Carriers are paid on an established national payables history, and shippers set up one vendor with years of trade references—not a new MC.

BMC-84 surety bond on file with FMCSA

Primary Freight LLC holds the federally required BMC-84 broker bond plus auto, general, umbrella, and contingent cargo coverage. Certificates are issued with your company as holder on request.

National scale with Houston accountability

The agency model gives you Primary Freight's compliance, claims and carrier-payables infrastructure, while Five Nines owns the commercial relationship and every daily handoff from one Houston dispatch desk.

Zero double-brokering, in writing

Every carrier is Highway-verified before tender; no unverified reassignments and no re-brokering. 3PL and forwarder partners receive written non-solicitation protection and blind BOLs as standard.

Zero double-brokering policy

Five layers between your freight and a stranger's truck.

01

Highway carrier identity

Every carrier is verified through Highway for real-time identity, authority, and fraud signals. It catches spoofed MC numbers, identity theft, and double-brokering fingerprints before a load is ever tendered — not after the freight is gone.

02

Authority & insurance, monitored continuously

MC/DOT authority, operating status, safety rating, and active insurance with a current COI are checked at setup and monitored continuously. A lapse flags before we tender, not at the fence line.

03

Human verification on critical loads

For freight headed into a shutdown window, a data hall, or a border crossing, we call the driver, the dispatcher, and the owner. We confirm the truck, the trailer, the ETA, and that the operator on the rate con is the operator picking up.

04

A known bench, not a spot-market gamble

Roughly 40 affiliated trucks and a decade of repeat operators mean most critical loads move on capacity we already trust. New carriers earn critical freight — they don't start with it.

05

Fraud controls at dispatch

No unverified reassignments, no last-minute swaps to an unknown carrier, no re-brokering. Documents and tender information are handled through controlled channels so your load can't be intercepted between booking and pickup.
